We Are Prioritising Women’s Wellness

In March, this year, we celebrated International Women’s Day with Brunch and taster sessions in mindfulness and massage. The feedback from all the ladies was phenomenal and in response we have recently held our second event. These events are aimed at giving the participating ladies a safe and relaxing space to enjoy some time for themselves relieving the stress of their everyday busy lives.

The second event held in early June was focused around relaxation. Wellness Coach Clare (@cpwellnesscoach) delivered amazing Breathwork workshops. These workshops taught the ladies how to use breath as a tool to reclaim control, in order to reduce stress and anxiety and clear brain fog. This in turn, will encourage a better sleep pattern. The overall aim being to build calmness and positive wellbeing into their everyday life.

Jess, owner of SaFire Luxury Candles (@safireluxurycandles), provided our ladies with a very different session by delivering a colourful and fun candle painting workshop. Jess taught everyone how to use an array of different mediums to design and decorate their own personal, very beautiful, dinner candles. The ladies left with their own unique hand painted candle and a heightened sense of achievement, each and every one of them were all very proud of what they had created.

Feedback from the event was again fantastic, with all the ladies praising the event for being ‘a lovely relaxing evening in good company. Very fun, engaging and interactive’. They also thanked us for reminding them how important it is to remember to take time for yourself.
