If you want to join in with the ‘new year, new you’ mentality but you’re not sure where to start, come along to our women’s only exercise class for beginners. Take part in up to 45 minutes of exercise at your pace so that you can work up a sweat. After this, sit back and relax with a cuppa in a relaxed, friendly environment.
